It has been a while since the semester started, but I learned that as a teacher, a part of my job is to make sure I don't hurt my student's ego. Even though the student sometimes doesn't show that he is hurt but deep down he actually is; he defends himself through different mechanisms which may result in severe issues later on as lack of self confidence, but this doesn't mean that we should hurt his feelings with our words and yell at him as well.
As teachers our job is to build our students' personality and develop their self confidence, teach them how to be themselves and express their opinion especially that we can never find any better achievement other than this throughout our career, and we should always keep in mind that even a child doesn't accept to have a bruised ego.
This spot is a reflection of my thoughts concerning teaching. Here, some of the problems that teachers might face are revealed in addition to other aspects which we might face in schools and everyday life along with few suggestions on how to deal with them. Thanks for your visit!

Blogging
Blogging allows teachers and students to stay in contact with each other. In other words, through blogs we can share what we think of and express it to each other and share our opinions as well.
Blogging can be used effectively in classrooms especially that it can improve students’ writing skills and build their confidence as writers; it also exposes them to the world where they get an idea about others' writing concerning their ideas and points of view, and they also get the chance to see their own writing as something “real”.
We,teachers, can also use the blogs to communicate with our students; so for example we might communicate assignments or use it for any announcement and we can share prompts. By this way, we use "Blogging" to build a community within our classrooms. We can also use blogging to encourage our students to read and the share what they liked the most with all of us on their blogs, or share any article that they find interesting as well.
